2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Redesign, Release Date, Review

2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Redesign, Release Date, ReviewWhen it comes to sales, the Civic and Fit have long been the more visible and successful younger siblings of the 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid. But if you dig a little deeper, you’ll find that the older Honda has a loyal following that spans the globe. Toyota Camrys, Nissan Altimas, and the like may be what middle management America dreams about, but for most of us, they’re just appliances that were meant to get people from A to B without making a fuss. A sporty side may be unlocked with a simple shift of gears in the Honda Accord Hybrid.

The Accord Hybrid’s split personality appeals to a wide audience. Turbocharged power, a six-speed manual transmission, and a long list of useful and safe features make the 2024 Accord Hybrid an excellent choice for even the wariest father. The Honda Accord Hybrid competes with the Toyota Camry and Nissan Altima, both of which start at $23,870.

Exterior Design

Rather than breaking any new ground when it was first shown in 2023, the tenth-generation Honda Accord Hybrid just followed the same path of modest decent aesthetics and European styling sensibilities. With a similar front fascia shared with the smaller Civic and a sloping tail end that ends in an unremarkable fashion with dual exit exhaust tips, the new 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid model looks no different from the current 2023 and 2024 variants.

Body-colored and powered mirrors, a security system with remote entry and trunk release as well as LED low-beam headlights with auto on/off functionality are all standard exterior elements across the whole model line. LED fog lights are available on Accord Hybrid vehicles up to the EX trim level, as is a one-touch power sunroof and a set of courtesy lights.

Interior Design

The inside of the Accord Hybrid has always been more refined than that of other Honda models, and it does a great job of emulating an upscale sedan. Honda Accord Hybrid’s dashboard layout and design language are best described as “boardroom-chic.” Instead of bulky buttons and knobs, a sleek and well-organized environment emanates quality and meticulousness.\
